Product Description
When people visit our gardens, most of them ask "which hosta is that?" Jack Frost is not a hosta but our #1 companion plant for hostas. The leaves emerge as tiny 3/4" hearts in the spring and then suddenly burst into 5" x 6" heart shaped leaves. The leaves are deeply veined with a silver tinge. Then sprays of For-me-Not flowers adorn the plant for 5-6 weeks. Jack Frost likes steady moisture. If given consistent moisture, it will provide great color well into the fall. Jack Frost is registered to reach 12" high and 15" wide but we have plants that exceed 2 feet in width.
